Welcome to MATC 2025!
Join us in the beautiful Okinawa for MATC 2025, where we will align Moxa’s business strategy and strengthen our connections with channel partners. With the event theme of “Capture Gold, Act Now!”, Moxa and our channel partners will take actions for new opportunities and the manifestation of prosperity together.
During the event, we will share our business strategies on five focused businesses, Secure Network, IPC, Energy, Transportation, and Factory Automation to scale the business growth together with our distributors.
In this session, we will introduce you to using cybersecurity as a powerful entry point to engage potential customers and discuss strategies for identifying customers, analyzing pain points, and enhancing the engagement process.
We’ll then dive into our plans to support channel partners and highlight our unique value proposition. Additionally, we’ll discuss strategies for cross-selling Moxa networking product lines and network service programs alongside our cybersecurity offerings, creating a comprehensive and robust secure networking solution for our clients.
Expanding IPC Business
We will discuss our industrial computer business and highlight our unique competitive edge by sharing our formula for project wins, offensive strategies in MAT regions, and successful customer engagement experiences.
New Opportunities from Transportation
We have successfully developed our rail onboard business over the years, but we’ve recently identified exciting opportunities in other transportation sectors. Our team will share valuable insights, highlight emerging opportunities, and showcase successful case studies across diverse transportation applications.
Actions to Catch the Golden Momentum in the Energy Market
The energy market’s rapid growth, fueled by demand for sustainable solutions and advancements in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), presents substantial opportunities. In this session, we’ll look into how we’re capturing this golden momentum in BESS and the broader energy sector by sharing our new energy strategies and insights from recent project successes. Let’s drive growth together!
In this session, our sales team will guide you through the latest application trends in smart factories and demonstrate how we continue to drive revenue growth with advanced solution offerings with real cases across various factory automation applications, such as FMCS and AGV.
All partners will engage in detailed group discussions to exchange insights and develop action plans to expand our secure networking, SMB, and factory automation businesses.
